Will the suet balls get wet when it rains?
Yes, this is completely fine. Due to the high fat content, the water simply rolls off.
What material is the feeder made from?
Suet Ball Basket feeder is durable and built to last. It's made from tough, high-quality metal, the chew-proof steel cage also helps prevent unwanted damage from squirrels.
Can fat balls go off?
Fat balls have a shelf life, but birds usually eat them before they go bad. Chunky Dumpling™ suet balls have a shelf life of 12 months. Storing them correctly in a cool, dry place, preferably in an air-tight container will also keep them fresher for longer.
How many suet balls will this feeder hold?
Suet Ball Basket feeder holds up to 5 fat balls, while the Premium Suet Feeder will hold 6, ensuring a generous supply for your garden birds.
