We'll always keep you feeding, whatever happens and whether your feeder's under guarantee or not. Call our free Careline on 0800 072 0130 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for help with repairs or spares. Parts are always inexpensive - and they're free if you're under warranty but for the cost of postage and packing.

With everything you buy from Living with Birds, if you change your mind, you're welcome to return it. And take your time - in fact you can take up to 45 days from the day it arrives. We only ask that it comes back to us in 'as new' condition.
