We want all our customers to be delighted. If you’re ever dissatisfied with a product you’ve purchased from us, we want to put things right – promptly and to your satisfaction. And naturally we’ll honour any applicable warranties as well as your full consumer rights.

Here’s what we’ll do to sort things out.
What if I don’t like my product when it arrives?
For up to 14 days from date of purchase, you can return a product to us – unused and in ‘as-new’ condition – for a full refund without giving a reason. This is your legal right.
What happens if my product arrives faulty?
We’ll do our best to get to the bottom of the problem and offer a solution. This might mean repairing the item, or sending you a replacement unit or replacement parts. Alternatively, during the first 30 days from the date of purchase you’re legally entitled to return a faulty product to us for a full refund.
What happens if I have problems later on?
Just get in touch. We’ll check what’s covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and advise you on other options if you’re outside the warranty period. With the exception of Squirrel Buster® models and products covered by our Lifetime Guarantee, please note that we can’t normally offer free repairs or replacement for bird feeders that have been damaged by squirrels.
