It’s a shallow, stable dish for hedgehog food or water. Put it on the ground somewhere sheltered, ideally inside a feeding station so cats and foxes can’t reach the food.
Use a specialist hedgehog food such as Vale's™ Hedgehog Food or I Love Hedgehogs™, or meaty cat or dog food. Never give milk or bread. Always put out a dish of fresh water.
Squirrels lift the lid to get the food. That keeps it dry and helps draw squirrels away from your bird feeders.
Wash the dish every day and the NutBox™ once a week in hot soapy water. Rinse and dry before refilling.
