A simpler way to grow from seed

Native wildflower seeds in balls of clay, peat-free compost and chilli powder. Seeds are naturally protected from being eaten by insects and birds. Simply scatter on top of soil or compost and water on dry days. Sprouts will be seen in 2 to 4 weeks, weather depending. The chilli powder will deter slugs and snails from eating the young shoots.

Each bag contains 100 seed balls, enough to cover a 5 metre square in a garden bed, or 15 to 25 medium sized pots. Leave at least 10cm between each ball. Seed mix contains both annual (more likely to flower in the first year) and perennial flowers (will flower from the second year).

Best scattered in Spring or Autumn.
